It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange. The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Order shipped within 30 days
- Customer must have a Return authorization number (RMA) to return/repair product, please contact customer service at 1-888-676-7325 for the return authorization number
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product returns complete with all accessories
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

or in person at our Retail stores when available. In order to return an order, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact customer service at 1-888-676-7325. Items received without an RMA will not be refunded or returned. The refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges and Warranty:
If you wish to repair a product covered under the warranty period, you can only do so in-store. To exchange a product you must bring or send your merchandise into our store with a proof of purchase (invoice). To find your nearest store, please refer to the Contact Oreck section in the top right corner of this page under Customer Service.
There is a taxable mandatory return which covers the cost of shipping the item.
